G'day, how's it going mate? Today, what I'm gonna tell you is that "Things you wanna say should be spoken or written with one sentence only. This training is gonna be so useful for those who are struggling to write or speak English. Let me go into the detail.
If we're allowed to speak or write as much as possible, then it should be so much easier for everyone, right? This is because that you can say or write anything that is quite often not pertinent to what is intended to convey. So, you can think about more relaxing ways to speak or write whatsoever. However, if we're asked to speak or write only one sentence to express ourselves or make a piece of summary, then this is gonna be a completely different world. I mean, you can't speak or write irrelevant things, which sound hard and daunting for you? If you think so in your case, then this method is right for you. Yes, of course, you don't normally worry about the length of your talk or written work. I'd just say limiting yourself to the number of sentences as to what you wanna say is worth trying, partly because this is a good training in making a concise summary of what you wanna say. Sometimes, people are annoyed by the length of your talk or written work that contain so much irrelevant or tautological expressions or contents themselves.
In order to avoid such situations, you've got to make sure that you try to minimise the number of sentences to make like a summary. This is in fact not easy to do. Although it depends on how you normally speak or write in casual occasions, people tend to speak or write more than needed to express themselves. How should we be trained? Well, first, you need to learn the way of constructing simple, compound, complex, compound-complex sentences. Probably some of you guys have to go back to the basics of English grammar. If you're allowed to speak or write a couple of sentences whatever you come up with, then it's actually easier to express yourself, because it doesn't matter how you digress a bit from things you wanna say. But, how about just one sentence? Much trickier, isn't it?
It's great to get equipped yourself with this one sentence only method as a means of expressing yourself. This is applicable not just to writing but to speaking as well. Essentially, people love it. No one loves too loquacious person. But anyway, this is a bit extreme, but yep true. So why don't you try out this method to sophisticate your spoken and written English skills? Probably, what you should start off by a very very short conclusive phrase with a mini body sentence, which comes to your elegant summary. Just for your information, I'm planning to launch my new online course regarding spoken/written summary or something, I'm not quite certain yet, but something like that. If you're curious about this new course, please leave your comment or even request for something relating to the way of learning a spoken or written summary.
